At Flufi, we take great pride in ensuring that every order is prepared, packaged, and delivered with the same care that goes into making our handmade ice cream. Below you’ll find all the details on how your order makes its way from our freezers to your doorstep.
General Information
All Flufi orders are handled with precision and attention to freshness. We currently deliver to most locations within Lithuania, with plans to expand our reach in the near future. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to reach out before placing your order - we’ll always give you a straight (and honest) answer.
Processing Time
Each order is prepared within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Since our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in timing may occur during periods of high demand or extreme weather.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped, because anticipation is half the fun.
Shipping Methods
We use insulated packaging and trusted courier partners to ensure your ice cream arrives frozen and flawless. Depending on your location, the following methods may apply:
Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available in select areas.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control - we wish we could control the weather, but we’re only experts in ice cream.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your chosen delivery method and location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain amount - because good things taste even better when they come with free delivery.
Delivery & Handling
To maintain quality, all orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep your ice cream perfectly frozen during transit. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address - the only thing we can’t guarantee is your self-control once you open the box.
Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives late, melted, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Your satisfaction matters to us - and we take every issue seriously (even if we sometimes joke about it elsewhere).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time. Watching your ice cream get closer is oddly satisfying - we highly recommend it.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We believe in perfect quality over long-distance compromises, but we’re working on expanding responsibly.
