Flufi offers handmade, premium-quality ice cream made with care, creativity, and the occasional sprinkle of perfectionism. Each flavor is crafted in small batches using selected ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.

While we do our best to represent our products accurately through descriptions and images, variations in color, texture, or presentation may occur - that’s part of the charm of handmade creations.

 

Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our Website. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are securely processed through our trusted payment partners. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification - the modern equivalent of a friendly nod from our team.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect unauthorized activity or an honest mistake, such as a pricing error or an empty freezer.

 

Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes such as FIRST10 that provide discounts on eligible purchases. Each promotion may have specific conditions, such as expiration dates or product exclusions.

Please note that discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to completed orders. If the code doesn’t work, it’s probably expired - or your timing wasn’t sweet enough.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care to ensure your ice cream arrives in perfect condition. Our insulated packaging and temperature-controlled logistics partners make sure everything stays cool — literally and figuratively.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you informed. We appreciate your patience - good things (and frozen ones) take time.

 

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once your order has been delivered. However, if your ice cream arrives melted, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll make it right - whether that means a replacement, refund, or heartfelt apology paired with virtual sprinkles.

 

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, logos, and content on this Website belong to Flufi. Reproduction or redistribution without our consent is strictly prohibited - not because we’re overly protective, but because we worked hard to make it look this good.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we do everything possible to provide a seamless, delightful experience, Flufi shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to melted expectations or flavor envy.

That said, if we ever make a genuine mistake, we’ll own it - and fix it.
