We start with carefully selected aromatic grape varietals, gently macerate to release floral and varietal character, and reduce to a concentrated compote that is folded into a silky dairy base. A brief, controlled oak infusion adds a delicate tannic whisper and structure without overpowering the fruit.

Expect heady floral top notes, a rounded mid-palate sweetness and a refined finish that lingers with a hint of minerality. The texture balances plush creaminess with the bright lift of real fruit - an elegant, contemplative flavor crafted for tasting rather than casual scooping.
