Our Michelin-trained gelatieri macerate the berries briefly to concentrate their natural sweetness, then fold them into a silk-smooth custard base crafted from Alpine milk and a touch of hand-scraped vanilla. The result is a gelato that balances bright, immediate fruit notes with a rounded, velvety mouthfeel - real fruit seeds and delicate acid lift ensure each spoonful finishes clean and fresh.
Every tub is churned slowly to preserve texture and to ensure an even melt that reveals the strawberry’s pure flavour over time.
