Hand-selected freestone peaches are macerated with a whisper of alpine honey and folded into a lush custard base for a gelato that is fragrant, silky, and balanced. Lemon verbena adds a lifted, herbaceous brightening note while the honey rounds the finish and gives a sustained sweetness without cloying.
 
This flavour is crafted to highlight textural contrast: the plush custard body supports delicate peach threads that surface as the gelato warms in the mouth, producing an evocative, long finish reminiscent of late-afternoon orchards.
